Order Cancellation

After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After 1 hour, our order will enter the packing process. Once packed, the order cannot be canceled. Please understand our work.

Returnable within 7 natural days

Difrencejeans.com supports returns and exchanges within 7 natural days without any reason.

If this period is exceeded, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.

Return orders are processed within 1-3 business days

Our service hours are Monday-Friday/10:00AM-5:00PM (CST).

Return orders submitted after 5:00 PM will be prioritized for processing on the next business day, and orders submitted after 5:00 PM on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Return orders will not be processed at weekends.

If a return order takes longer than 3 business days to process, please contact us via email at [email protected] and we will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.

Return and exchange criteria:

Returns need to be made within 7 natural days of signing for the leather pants.

Returned leather pants must be in pristine condition and come with all original packaging, accessories and tags.

There must be no signs of human damage or abnormal use.

It does not affect secondary sales.

Please provide your order number, contact details and a detailed description of the reason for your return in your e-mail.

Alternatively, you can find the order you wish to return on the order details page and submit your return request, which will be acknowledged as soon as possible.

Return and Refund

If you decide to return a product within 7 natural days of the return validity date, you can follow the process below:

Please pack the leather pants in their original packaging, including the accessories and freebies received.

Send the leather pants to 16 Sacred Heart Ln, Louisville, Kentucky, 40206.

After sending, please send us the logistics information and courier bill number by email [email protected], so that we can check and refund you as soon as we receive them.

If you choose to return the leather pants because of quality or shipping problems (e.g. received leather pants with stains, missing hangtags), etc., the shipping cost will be borne by Difrencejeans.com.

If the return is due to the customer's personal dislike of the leather pants received (color or style), wrong photo, etc., the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Once the returned leather pants arrive at Difrencejeans.com's warehouse and pass inspection, the refund process will begin.

We do not charge for the second listing.
